The delivery time is between 1-2 days in the Netherlands. The day you place your order is the day we pack your order. We always make sure to wrap your products to make sure they don't get damaged during transportation

Attention: every airplant is unique which means they can differ from the one in the photo. Little imperfections are 'normal'.

The airplants get shipped in normal boxes. Unfortunatly it is not possible to receive them in your mail box

- We send our packages with DPD
- You will receive a track and trace from DPD in the evening or the day after your orderplacement
- If you are not at home they will try to deliver it at your neighbours house
- If it is not possible to deliver it at your neighours house, DPD will take your order to a parcelshop where you can collect the package.
- Your package will stay at the parcelshop for a maximum of 1 week. If you don't collect the order they will send it back to us. You are responsible to collect the order. Make sure to bring your ID. If you cannot collect it from the parcelshop, call the shop and ask them to not return the package.
