What are air plants?
Airplantshop is the webshop where you can buy airplants! Airplants are also called air plants. The original name of this plant is 'Tillandsia'. These (air)plants are different from other houseplants because they do not need soil to grow in. In the wild, these plants occur on rocks (lithophytes) and/or tree branches (epiphytes). So they only have roots to hold on to and they do not use the roots to absorb nutrients, they do this via the leaves.
