The delivery time of your order is about 1 to 2 business days. This means we don't always pack and ship on the same day. Sometimes there is 1 day in between. We always do our best to pack everything as well as possible so the air plants don't get damaged in transit. Please note: an air plant is a natural product, which means there may always be imperfections or the plant may look slightly different from the photos shown in the webshop.

The air plants are shipped as parcels, not as letterbox mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to fit all the plants through the letterbox.
- We ship our parcels with DPD - Usually in the evening or the next day, you'll receive a track and trace email from DPD. - If you're not home, they will try your neighbors - If that isn't possible (e.g. the neighbors aren't home either), your order will be taken to a DPD Parcelshop where you can pick up your air plants. - Your order stays at the parcelshop for a maximum of 1 week. If you don't pick up your parcel, it will be returned. You are responsible yourself for picking up your order (don't forget your ID). If you think you won't be able to pick up the parcel in time, please call the shop where your parcel is so they don't send it back. - If you don't pick up your parcel and it is returned, we cannot refund the full order amount, as the plants will most likely no longer be usable by then (by the time it actually gets back to us, 10 to 14 days have passed).
