This air plant is definitely one of our favorites. This tillandsia ionantha has a gorgeous red color, which gives it a cheerful look.
This air plant likes a bright spot, but not in direct sunlight. The red color may fade a little, because this Tillandsia is originally green, so the plant will eventually become less red.
This Tillandsia is treated by the supplier, which gives it this beautiful red color. Unfortunately, this plant may also not live very long. On average, after 6 to 8 weeks the plant may lose its vitality, or its color fades and it starts producing pups.
Spray je luchtplantje 1-2x per week in met regenwater of onze voedingsspray. Zorg voor voldoende indirect zonlicht en frisse lucht. Luchtplantjes hebben geen aarde nodig.
