Tillandsia melanocrater (large)
This spiky air plant is called: Melanocrater Tricolor. It measures about 15 cm and is an easy-care air plant. It has a lovely light color.
Nice to stand upright in a small vase, or to place next to a bowl with candles.
As the name suggests, air plants love air, but they also need some water now and then. Air plants get their nutrients from the air. With this plant, make sure no water stays trapped between the leaf bases, as this can cause rot.

Please note: when we took the photo they were red, but they can also be green. They turn red during the flowering period and then go back to green afterwards.
Spray je luchtplantje 1-2x per week in met regenwater of onze voedingsspray. Zorg voor voldoende indirect zonlicht en frisse lucht. Luchtplantjes hebben geen aarde nodig.
